Guarantees

While we have significant success in hatching, our only guarantee for our hatching eggs is fertilization. External variables with each individual’s hatching setup disallows our ability to guarantee hatch rates.

While we take every measure possible to ensure the safest transit of our eggs to their new home, the postal service’s care is the ultimate influence on a successful delivery. In the event of a failed shipment, please contact us asap, as we purchase insurance on each shipment and would be happy to resolve and replace with urgency. This does not include eggs that have been incubated for multiple days with development and no hatch.

Order Quantities

– There is a 4 egg MAXIMUM per shipping box for Goose eggs.

– There is a 6 chick minimum order for shipped chicks.

– There is a 4 gosling MAXIMUM per shipping container.

If these are ordered outside of these parameters, it could create a delay in your order shipment, payment issues, and refund,

Payment Terms
By submitting a payment on this website, you authorize us to charge your selected credit or debit card for the total amount shown at checkout. All prices and fees are disclosed prior to finalizing your purchase.

Refunds & Returns
At NO time will SFF accept any returns of live poultry, sick poultry, or dead poultry.  If you have encountered a problem please reach out to us via email or phone immediately for joint resolution.

Return Policy on all products other than live birds.

If, within 7 days, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or delivery, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise: shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Special and custom orders are not refundable. Returns cannot be shipped C.O.D.

If outside of 7 days, we will inspect the defective product and will, if applicable, issue a credit for future purchases from our company. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs until the product is declared defective. If the product is declared defective, the customer will be credited the cost of the product and the return shipping cost. If a replacement item is desired, we will not ship the new item until we have received the defective goods.

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment. Please review all order details carefully before submitting payment.

Privacy & Data Security
We value your privacy. We use a PCI‑compliant third‑party payment processor to handle all credit and debit card transactions. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or magnetic‑stripe data on our servers.

Dispute Resolution
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us immediately at snowfallfarmsllc@gmail.com or 234-414-3833. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable federal law and the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act.
